> An independent satirical self-assessment and sincere digital-wellbeing guide for people who opened Claude to ask one question and noticed that several hours had passed.

claudeholic.me is a parody, love letter, cautionary tale, and practical resource about maintaining an intentional relationship with generative AI. It is published by the fictional Department of Prompt Health. It is not a medical instrument, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic. Claude is a trademark of Anthropic PBC.

The human-readable website is the canonical source. This file exists to make the site's purpose and primary resources legible to language models without requiring them to infer meaning from presentation code.
